He obtained PGD in Genocide Studies from University of Dhaka. He also completed his LL.M from Jagannath University and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (honors) from Bangladesh Islami University.
Before that he was passed in HSC examination from Lakshmipur Govt. College in 2012 with excellent result and SSC examination from the Toomchar Ashad Academy & College, Lakshmipur in 2010 second position in his school.

He was born on 01 January 1995 in Lakshmipur Sadar upazila under Lakshmipur district. Md. Abdul Malek and Ms. Sokina Begum are his parents. His father is a Farmer as well as social worker & his mother is a housewife.
